  • Have strong written and communication skills.

  • Contract Management: Coordinate agreement preparations: reviews, approvals, and signatures with COS leadership, City legal and advertising, and trade clients.
  • Entering agreements and bill rules into the system for invoicing, monitoring payment histories, creating ticklers for renewals, and updating client and inventory tracking reports)
  • Asset Management: Ability to coordinate creative files, asset deadlines, purchase orders, and workflow associated with advertising, marketing, and trade agreements.
  • Coordination on installations/de-installation and programming video screens.
  • Proficiently use software programs, including but not limited to Propworks, PeopleSoft, Excel, Veoci, Poppulo, and InFax to input data, manage workflows, track inventory, and program video screens.
  • Organize and maintain client files, network files and take/organize photography library.
  • Assist team in events and customer service/ passenger care activities
  • Assist with customer service programs (ParkCOS, FlyTubes)
  • Be able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be an organized multi-tasker
