We are seeking a skilled ADU Sales Representative who will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, guiding them through the initial stages of envisioning and planning their ADU projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, along with experience in home construction, remodeling, and ADUs. Proficiency in design tools will be considered a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed consultations to assess client needs and discuss potential design and construction options.
- Educate clients on the ADU construction process, including timeline, cost, and regulatory considerations.
- Collaborate closely with the design and construction teams to ensure that client requirements are feasible and align with project goals.
- Follow up with clients to refine project details and finalize contracts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the ADU industry to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in the construction, home improvement, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of construction terminology and processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
