Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on campaign objectives and expectations.
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to understand and interpret campaign performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and updates for leadership, highlighting campaign results, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify trends and patterns from campaign data to optimize current and future events, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Seasonal Events team to address any blockers, provide support, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of upcoming events based on past performance data and market insights.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an ad agency or resale e-commerce company.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise leadership updates and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
