What you will be doing:
  • • Responsible for managing a select group of top accounts within the electronics portfolio in SAP and achieving AR improvement, contacting customers regarding delinquent payments and monitors the collection of past due accounts.
  • • Responsible for and supports team in reaching AR performance, working capital objectives and service level goals for the department through monitoring of various daily reports and department planning.
  • • Develops relationships with key sales, customer support, distributor, and region management personnel to achieve accounts receivable goals and service level standards.
  • • Analyzes data and develops strategic improvement plans based on trend patterns.
  • • Responsible for the investigation and analysis of credit risks.
  • • Performance management of credit and collections associates including but not limited to supervising, training, coaching, and discipline.
  • • Performs progress evaluations for direct reports including monthly KPI reports, quarterly KPI reports and annual evaluations.
  • • Uses Six Sigma, Lean & process mapping skills to improve processes and productivity.
  • • Prepares management reports as required.
  • • Resolves complex credit problems independently.
  • • Makes decisions regarding credit extension.
  • • Aggressively escalates account information to Collections Manager that is critical to AR performance.
  • • Performs other duties as assigned


What makes you great:
  • • High School Diploma required/Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • • 3+ years Collections/Customer Service/Call Center experience required.
  • • Supervisory/Leadership experience in a Collections/Customer Service environment preferred.
  • • Knowledge of SAP and JDE preferred.
  • • Proficient with Excel, Word and Power Point
  • • Demonstrates interpersonal, project management, written and verbal communication skills
