Optomi, in partnership with an international business consulting company, is seeking a Senior AV Support Specialist to join their innovative team. This role involves supporting internal customers with engaging technology, including robotics, holograms, and collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and a customer support mindset, ensuring seamless operation and exceptional service for our executive and account teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Sessions Support:

  • Facilitate and support lab sessions, workshops designed to tackle challenges such as integrating AI into HR models.
  • Provide dedicated support for sessions, including virtual and hybrid elements, to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.
  • Demonstrate and assist with advanced technologies like 3D printing and AI to executives and account teams.


Customer Engagement:

  • Deliver white-glove service to executives, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with account teams to understand their needs and provide tailored AV and tech solutions.
  • Schedule lab sessions and assign appropriate technicians to support.


Technical and Backend Support:

  • Manage backend support tasks, including asset and inventory management, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and operational.
  • Perform administrative duties to support training and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, demonstrating a high level of technical proficiency.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in AV support, particularly in meeting room setups and understanding signal flow for video and audio.
  • Strong customer support skills, with an emphasis on providing exceptional service to executives and high-profile clients.
  • Technical expertise to operate and troubleshoot advanced technologies used in collaboration and innovation sessions.
  • Ability to manage and maintain technical assets and inventory efficiently.
  • Familiarity with innovative technologies such as robotics, holograms, 3D printing, and AI is a plus.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, particularly within a professional AV or IT support environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.
