Position Overview:

We seek a motivated Inside Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their business goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven sales or account management track record, preferably in a technology or digital printing environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and a passion for building relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with colleagues across departments.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of digital printing technologies or related industries is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking is a plus.
