The TOP commercial knife rental and sharpening service is bringing on Business Development Managers for their 90,000+ customers, including some of the largest and most recognizable restaurants and grocery chains in the United States along with your local neighborhood businesses.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Executing 15+ in-person sales contacts every day / 60 each week.
  • Leaving a minimum of 8 knife trials with prospective customers each week.
  • Establishing a minimum of 6 new customers each week through cold calling, networking, social media prospecting, and lead execution.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records in Salesforce.
  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of sales knives.
  • Working effectively with all service and support team members.
  • Performing all duties safely (knife handling, operating company vehicles, being inside commercial kitchens).
  • Maintaining a company vehicle (work use only).


Compensation:

  • $50,000 / year annual salary plus UNCAPPED commissions
  • OTE on average is $85k - $91k
  • 401(k) w/ employer matching, Health Insurance + Vision And Dental, Flexible spending account OR Health savings account, Paid time off (2 weeks)


Requirements:

  • Have a valid driver’s license and pass and periodic MVR requirements outlined in Fleet Safety Program.
  • Able to drive for long periods daily.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug and background test.
  • NO degree requirements; Bachelor's degree preferred but not needed.
  • 2 years' experience in sales.
