As a Partner Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment law, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our practice. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both in-office and remotely. We are looking for a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in labor and employment law, whether from a plaintiff or defense perspective. Your ability to manage and grow client relationships, coupled with your legal expertise, will be key to your success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a diverse caseload of labor and employment matters, with a focus on plaintiff-side cases.
  • Develop and execute legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional legal counsel and service.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the firm's labor and employment practice.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing.
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in labor and employment law, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and litigation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience on the plaintiff side is preferred, but defense-side experience will be considered.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of $200,000+ with a total compensation package expected to exceed $500,000, including bonuses and commissions.
