Position Summary:

We are in search of an Employment Partner to contribute significantly to the continued success and upward momentum of this distinguished law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance to employers on various union-related matters, including organizing campaigns and strategies for union avoidance.
  • Representing and advising employers in legal claims under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, FCRA, and FMLA.
  • Handling a variety of employment-related issues, such as wage and hour disputes, family and medical leave, as well as disciplinary and termination matters.
  • Advising clients on strategies for litigation avoidance and effective dispute resolution.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Management-Side Labor and Employment Law.
  • Required: A portable book of business in Labor and Employment Law.
  • Ideal candidates will be team-oriented with a positive and ambitious outlook.
