Intake Specialist (3-5 years' relevant experience).

Full-Time/Direct-Hire employment opportunity.
Employer Work Model:
Hybrid model - 1 day in office after a month of training.
Position Overview:
- Setting up and maintaining master files for matters and clients.
- Ensuring all required documentation is received for new matters, maintaining log of items needed, and following up with attorneys and secretaries to obtain missing items.
- Reviewing engagement letters and fee arrangements and ensuring correct rates are assigned to matters and all required provisions are present.
- Routinely generate reports of client, matter and timekeeper information for the CFO, COO, partners, and firm-wide distribution.
- Handling edits for costs and resolving cost errors.
- Assist with other projects as identified.
Requirements:
Candidate must be detail-oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be highly organized and possess exceptional follow up skills.
Requires advanced knowledge of MS Excel 2007 (including tables, pivot tables and charts, basic functions including vertical lookup and nested IF statements, conditional formatting, Microsoft Query), working knowledge of Word and knowledge of Access a plus.
Salary /Compensation & Benefits:
Salary paying up to 75K (DOE/DOQ) and a comprehensive health benefits package, 401K, generous PTO, paid parking, and many other notable employee-centered perks, etc.
