Responsible for compiling and managing information regarding account renewal, rounding and cross-sell opportunities. Complete and submit applications to marketing and/or carriers; follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies in accordance with renewal/expiration list procedures. Process renewals according to agency procedures. Analyze request for cancellations; acts accordingly to retain accounts.
