MUST:
Experienced Sales/Business Development professional
1+ years of sales experience
Basic understanding of the Government contracting business development function - where to find leads, how to read and see if leads are relevant to client's organization, etc.
Must be comfortable cold calling
Must be able to talk confidently and professionally over the phone
BA/BS Degree preferred

DUTIES:
Quadrant is searching for a business development candidate that will search through 100's of databases, select leads that are relevant to our client's needs, and present them with recommendations to bid.
