Key Responsibilities:


  • Crafting Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO and marketing strategy that amplifies the client's brand and drives results, with a focus on website visit conversion.
  • Digital Savvy: Master SEO, website analytics, Google Analytics, Google/LinkedIn ads, and social media analytics to keep the client shining online.
  • Content Wizardry: Create engaging website content, newsletters, drip campaigns, and more that resonate with the target audience.
  • Brand Guardian: Ensure consistent personal and company brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Data Detective: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Visitor Conversion: Optimize strategies to convert visitors into loyal clients.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Team Player: Work closely with the team to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving marketing goals.


Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experienced: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a strong focus on SEO and digital marketing.
  • Tool Proficiency: Proficient in SEO tools, Google Analytics, SEM, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Leadership and Communication: A born leader, communicator, and decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and Analytical: A creative thinker who loves diving into data to turn insights into action.
  • Collaborative: You see a team as your second family and excel in a collaborative environment.
