This is a newly created role due to growth. This will be the key financial liaison for all operational department heads. Excellent analytical skills coupled with superior communication skills are critical for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data to identify variances to budget and forecast and determine root causes
  • Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
  • Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
  • Develop and report key performance indicators
  • Prepare monthly board reports


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experience in budgeting and financial analysis OR Audit
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
