A partner of Insight Global is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their technology infused environment. This person will be providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to the organization. This person will be the point of contacted for IT related incidents and services requests. They will be providing technical support in-person, over the phone and via email. They will work alongside the tech team who are responding for the lifecycle management of 800+ Macs and iPads. This person should be comfortable in a Mac centric environment and be able to communicate efficiently and effectively.


  • Minimum 2 years' Mac-centric helpdesk experience
  • Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification required.
  • Solid experience in troubleshooting and supporting all current macOS and iOS versions.
  • Triage problems, provide technical explanations, and recommend solutions to users.
  • Manage software and hardware inventory, licensing, and warranty tracking.
  • Requires superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, especially with non-technical users.
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
