Insight Global Health is searching for a Process Improvement Manager to support one of the largest hospital systems in Southern New Jersey This team is working hybrid in Camden.
Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Bachelors Degree preferred, not required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operation Improvement or Operational Excellence roles
- 2-3 years of experience in people management
- Experience running multiple projects at a time
Our team is hiring for a Process Improvement Manager (PIM), This PIM will be supporting the operational excellence team, working to analyze, identify, and develop process improvement and optimization plans around multiple areas in the health care system. This team is requiring candidates that come from a wide variety of backgrounds, specifically searching for a candidate that is able to work on projects ranging from Finance and Revenue Cycle to Ambulatory and Inpatient units. This person will be working alongside the operations team to roll out solutions to the functional teams they partner with. This role is a contract to hire.
