Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Call Center Representative specializing in payroll to join our team. This role involves scheduling and rescheduling clinic appointments, answering customer inquiries, and handling extensive phone communications. The position requires a high level of computer literacy and extensive phone experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and reschedule clinic appointments.
- Make reminder calls to patients.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
- Utilize in-house systems, pagers, and make overhead announcements.
- Perform other assignments as necessary.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a call center environment.
- 1+ years of related customer service or payroll experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong customer service skills and experience handling customer inquiries.
- Proficient in scheduling appointments and managing phone communications.
Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Payroll experience is required.
