Healthcare Call Center Representative

VillageCare is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Member Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our call center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they receive the necessary care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist members in accessing covered and non-covered services, including data entry for authorizations.
- Arrange appointments with healthcare providers and assist members in selecting participating providers.
- Provide education and support to members on their plan of care and available services.
- 3+ years of experience in a related healthcare call center or service environment.
- High school diploma required; Associates degree strongly preferred.
- Bilingual - Korean required.
