Call Center Outreach Representative

A medical services company in NYC is currently seeking a new professional for a promising opportunity with their growing team as a Call Center Outreach Representative.
Responsibilities:
The Call Center Outreach Representative will:
- Conduct 100 or more outreach calls daily to schedule patients for appointments with the mobile health team
- Review and explain services identified as gaps in health insurance partners to patients
- Track all calls and interactions in Customer Relationship Management system.
- Collect demographic information by phone and accurately document it in internal systems while booking
- Provide excellent customer service to patients via phone, email, and text message
- Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public
- Take on other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin
- Prior sales experience
- Typing speed of at least 70 WPM
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
