A medical services company in NYC is currently seeking a new professional for a promising opportunity with their growing team as a Call Center Outreach Representative.

Responsibilities:

The Call Center Outreach Representative will:

  • Conduct 100 or more outreach calls daily to schedule patients for appointments with the mobile health team
  • Review and explain services identified as gaps in health insurance partners to patients
  • Track all calls and interactions in Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Collect demographic information by phone and accurately document it in internal systems while booking
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients via phone, email, and text message
  • Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public
  • Take on other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin
  • Prior sales experience
  • Typing speed of at least 70 WPM
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
