Key aspects of the role:


  • Research, develop, and maintain target client lists within key market.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with prospective clients.
  • Build relationships and serve as a point of contact in all matters related to the client in the local market.
  • Discover business development opportunities across local and regional markets.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to effectively cross-sell other LOB across in local and regional markets.
  • Drive business development efforts in existing and new markets to drive revenue across brands.
  • Execute a targeted strategy on key accounts that drives recurring revenue through contract and direct hire job orders.
  • Generate and pursue assigned leads that generate prospective business in new and existing accounts.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process while maintaining client relationships.
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings with key stakeholders.


Ideal candidate will have:


  • 5+ years of staffing experience with a proven track record of sales growth
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency of business and sales growth techniques.
  • A clear vision of growth and enthusiasm for developing an industry leading organization.
  • Strong people development and management skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication
