We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist with significant agency experience to join our team. Additionally, you will be involved in pre- and post-sale activities, using market research and data-driven insights to support pitches and optimize client success. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Management: Act as the strategic lead for client accounts, understanding their unique business and market challenges to develop tailored marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Advanced Campaign Development: Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of high-impact paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, and other platforms ensuring maximum ROI.
- Innovative Content Strategy: Spearhead organic content strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement, while aligning with overarching business objectives.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Drive advanced SEO strategies to boost search engine rankings and manage ongoing website improvements to enhance user experience and performance.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, generating actionable insights and comprehensive reports that inform future strategy.
- Market Research & Data-Driven Strategy: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies, pitch development, and client recommendations. Utilize data-driven insights to shape both pre-sale pitches and post-sale optimization efforts.
- Pre- and Post-Sale Contribution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling pitch decks and proposals based on market research. Post-sale, ensure campaigns align with client expectations and deliver on promised results.
- Business Growth Contribution: Play a key role in identifying new opportunities for client growth, including pitching and upselling additional services based on data-driven insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and optimizing high-budget digital marketing campaigns within an agency environment.
- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, and other key digital platforms.
- Proven ability to scale campaigns and deliver consistent results, with examples of driving significant ROI.
- Strong understanding of advanced SEO techniques and website management best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics & Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media management tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to turn data into strategic insights.
- Experience in conducting market research and using data to inform strategy and pitch development.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
