Marketing Manager, Paid Media Specialist

Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager focused on Paid Media to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing successful paid media campaigns and driving growth through data-driven insights.
The Marketing Manager, Paid Media will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition growth. This includes supporting the growth of new paid channels, tracking and creating reports for channel and campaign performance, and informing stakeholders and content creators about performance, learnings, and insights.
The successful candidate will have expertise in managing Meta and TikTok ads, a strong understanding of performance-based digital marketing, and experience with managing a six-figure minimum monthly budget. They will also be proficient in building reports and analyzing data, comfortable working with and translating ambiguous datasets into insights and recommendations, and have strong, proactive communication skills.
We're looking for a team player who is passionate about driving growth through paid media, leveraging data and insights to test new opportunities, and collaborating with our content creators and creative team to ensure that our creative and content are performant and relevant to our audience.
Responsibilities- Optimize and manage paid marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition growth
- Support the growth of new paid channels that demonstrated results during initial experiments
- Track and create reports for channel and campaign performance through various views (channel, campaign, audience, message, creative, and content) to share insights and propose new optimizations
- Inform stakeholders and content creators about performance, learnings, and insights
- Contribute to the overall acquisition marketing strategy
- Pace campaigns to a monthly marketing budget
- Identify and pitch new channels, campaigns, audiences, and creative themes to test
- Partner with the content creators and creative team to make new ad creative
- Passion for being at the cutting edge of marketing trends and leveling up growth through paid media
- 3+ years of experience in performance-based digital marketing
- Expertise in managing Meta and TikTok ads
- Managed a six-figure minimum monthly budget
- Proficient in building reports and analyzing data
- Comfortable working with and translating ambiguous datasets into insights and recommendations
- Strong, proactive communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Desire to take on new platforms, such as TV and influencer marketing
- Experience designing and conducting experiments to move specific KPIs
- Familiarity with these metrics: impressions, reach, CPM, CTR, CPV, leads, CPL, funnel conversion rates, CAC, LTV
