Green Cabbage () is seeking someone who can be tasked with solving problems with and work with internal colleagues and partners making decisions that ensure smooth operation of the office and projects critical to its success.


The nature of this role requires a high degree of professionalism with exposure to sensitive information requiring the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, judgment, and independent decision-making. We are looking for a candidate that has the flexibility to take on some tasks on short notice, outside normal business hours.


Core responsibilities include:

  • Manages the day-to-day office administration and work collaboratively with others across the company.
  • Prepare and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, memos, drafts communication, presentations, and responses to inquiries.
  • Coordinates logistical details for all-staff meetings.
  • Arranges travel and manages travel expenses for the executive team.
  • Maintain calendars.
  • Establish communications between customers and executives.


You should demonstrate:

  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated fluency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Gmail and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, coordinate tasks, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information, maintain confidentiality and use discretion.


What You Will Need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with a high-level professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask.
  • Enthusiasm for helping and educating others.
  • Interest in marketing, business, and technology.
