*Responsibilities:*
* Heavy phone work
* Efficiently answer patient inquiries by providing general information, scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling their appointments, etc. via phone
* Document all accounts, update patient demographics, and create medical records
* Ability to build rapport with patients
* Must maintain a high level of professionalism and quality customer service

*Qualifications:*
* HS Diploma /GED a MUST; College Degree Preferred
* Previous experience in customer service and/or a call center is *required*.
* Healthcare background is a plus
* Interest or background in Orthopedics is a plus
* Bilingual Spanish (Preferred not required)

* Must be able to provide work references
* *Must be able to work on a flexible schedule --up to 8pm daily (weekdays) and nearly every other weekends.*
