Job Summary

Orlin & Cohen Orthopedics is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Access Representative to join our team. As a Patient Access Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Phone and In-Person Interactions: Respond to patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Management: Accurately document patient information, update demographics, and maintain medical records.
  • Communication: Build rapport with patients, provide clear information, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous customer service and/or call center experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Language: Bilingual Spanish (preferred but not required).
