HR Compensation Specialist

Client: A major global corporation and a leader in their industry operating over 350 manufacturing facilities with annual revenue earning over $24B and employing over 15,000.


Overview:

This position will provide compensation support and data reporting for all company divisions. Support compensation policies, processes, programs and communications. Develop and continually seek to improve compensation and HR operations processes that meet the needs of the business and maintain legal compliance.


Role:

  • Perform data reporting and auditing.
  • Verify data, research issues and update information regarding grandfathered benefit plans, quarterly tax reporting, recognition system updates, weekly backfill submissions, and ongoing reporting needs.
  • Support the management of the annual salary review process.
  • Distribute HR communications, audit data and make any needed updates.
  • Verify information with HR strategists and review files for completeness and training.
  • Maintain and update internal compensation site materials and links.
  • Document information and processes.
  • Track, analyze and report metrics in compensation and HR operations.


Qualifications:

  • Experienced in company human resources policies and programs and/or services.
  • Experienced in support of implementing new or revised policies, programs and processes.
  • A degree in Human Resources or related discipline is desired.
  • Experienced supporting benefits, payroll, compensation policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with deadlines.
  • Must be well organized and have strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint.
  • MS SharePoint is strongly desired.
