Pay Range: $38 - $43/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate annual compliance reviews for each financial piece in a content library, including timely copy edits or assessment of whether to keep the content active for external use.
  • Implement processes to streamline or consolidate content.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
  • Ensure content aligns with current consumer trends and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with partners to gain approval for use at external broker/dealer firms.
  • Proactively review and address process roadblocks to ensure content remains actively available for use by external financial professionals.
  • Provide input on improving content management strategies and processes.
  • Utilize AI tools and insights to enhance content effectiveness and engagement.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content management within the financial services sector.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of retirement planning (RP) and related consumer trends.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in content strategies.
  • This is a virtual role, however the team meets in person everyone week, but that is not required.
  • This is an individual contributor role and reports to the Director of Marketing.
