Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Communication: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote the organization through effective internal communication, ensuring alignment with employee feedback and keeping senior leaders informed on strategies and messaging.
  • Communication Strategy: Participate in the design and execution of a company-wide communication strategy, supporting philanthropy and sustainability initiatives.
  • Crisis Communications: Prepare, develop, and implement crisis communication plans as needed.
  • Channel Management: Maintain and oversee all communication channels and platforms, including intranet sites, TV signage, and email platforms. Manage posts/emails efficiently and handle the removal or archival of outdated content. Track and measure the effectiveness of these platforms (e.g., employee usage, open rates).
