Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at GBQ Holdings LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and overseeing our digital marketing initiatives, leveraging HubSpot to boost brand visibility, enhance engagement, and attract targeted traffic to digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of creative flair, strategic insight, and a client-focused approach, combined with robust quantitative analysis and superior daily execution. They will collaborate closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing and business development efforts, supported by ongoing reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as GBQ's expert HubSpot administrator, researching and implementing HubSpot Marketing/Sales/Content Hub capabilities, monitoring performance, gaining insights, and refining strategies.
- Support the firm's content and communication strategy by leveraging HubSpot to create and manage email campaigns and workflows, leveraging analytics to evaluate effectiveness and enhance strategy for optimal engagement.
- Grow social media following and ongoing curation and creation of content designed to drive increased brand awareness and engagement among target audiences.
- Assist with posting website content and continuously refining for improved visibility, user engagement, and SEO performance.
- Develop and execute a content strategy for the GBQ intranet, collaborating with departments to curate, edit, and publish engaging content that aligns with company goals.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the various tools and platforms within the marketing technology ecosystem, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization to enhance the effectiveness and integration of these systems.
Requirements
- Marketing experience in a professional services firm and/or a degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- HubSpot experience required, including email and marketing automation.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and UX/UI best practices.
- GA4/Google Analytics experience required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Social media experience required: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X.
- Adobe Suite, image, and video creation a plus.
- Superior project management and time management skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
