Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is hiring for a project manager to sit onsite 4 days a week in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication client. This project manager will be joining the Customer Operations organization specifically within Business Integration. This project manager will be joining a team comprised of approximately 15 individuals supporting mobile initiatives. These mobile initiatives focus on the customer and call agent experience. For example, if a form is filled out with idea to enhance tools, improve call center service, or enhancements to the app, this group supports those functions. This project manager will be responsible for attending daily stand-up meetings with their fellow business analysts to understand what is needed and the status of projects, complete project tasks, attend 2-3 project meetings per day, gather meeting notes, and updating Smartsheets. Furthermore, this project manager will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of a project at a time and required to coordinate/ communicate with various teams across the organization. This project manager needs to have good communication and an eagerness to learn.
