Frette is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Manager to join the team.


This individual is responsible for developing and executing integrated digital branding strategies that align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives, including performance channels. This role requires an analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics, as well as creative thinking to translate ideas into actionable plans.


The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data driven and knowledgeable in digital marketing best practices and strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Digital Presence Management: Oversee and optimize the company's digital presence on platforms like Google Ads, Meta platforms, email & SMS marketing, paid search, affiliate, and programmatic, in partnership with affiliate agencies.
  • Targeting and Segmentation: Monitor and optimize targeting and segmentation strategies across different platforms for maximum impact.
  • Agency and Supplier Management: Main point of contact for 3rd party digital marketing agency. Collaborate with 3rd party analytics agency for development of optimal attribution and reporting dashboard
  • Digital Branding Strategy: Develop and implement effective digital branding strategies that resonate with the target audience and align with overall business goals.
  • A/B Testing: Ideate, implement, and measure A/B testing initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and assess the performance of digital initiatives. Provide data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the global marketing team, content and graphic team, and e-commerce team to seamlessly integrate digital branding efforts across all channels.
  • KPI Assignment and Reporting: Assign Key Performance Indicators and prepare regular reports, both monthly and for specific initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Manage budget per campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROI and maintain efficient spend.


Requirements

  • Proven 3 years of experience in digital branding, luxury industry knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Business platforms.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Knowledge of Bluecore, GA4, and Attentive preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in presenting to top management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams towards common goals.


This position is based in our New York office with a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days/week in in office presence.
