Our digital marketing agency is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist with 7+ years of experience in lead generation, a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and expertise in video marketing, copywriting, and YouTube ads. While a Hubspot Inbound Marketing certification is not required, it will move you to the head of the line. The ideal candidate will lead our digital marketing team in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns for our high ticket clients to grow their businesses.

Please note this is a full time remote position. We are looking for candidates located in the United States only with English as their first language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies for lead generation and conversion optimization, with a focus on video marketing, copywriting, and YouTube ads 
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data analysis to inform strategy development and decision-making 
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, SEO, content marketing, video marketing, and YouTube ads
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance data to optimize campaign performance and ROI • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and results are achieved
  • Supervise and lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, conversion optimization, video marketing, and YouTube ads
  • Strong copywriting skills and command of financial services vocabulary preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, market research, and competitor analysis
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, including video marketing, copywriting, and YouTube ads
  • Experience in managing a team of digital marketing specialists
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs
  • Understanding of omnichannel video marketing strategies and leveraging microcontent for shorts and reels preferred
  • Preferred, but not required, Hubspot Inbound Marketing certification
