Regional Sales Director Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director to oversee sales operations and drive growth in key markets across the Greater New England area (Boston). Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team of approximately 10+ representatives, managing key accounts and partnerships with 3-6 holding companies. Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive regional revenue growth. Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence by recruiting, training, and retaining top talent, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds performance goals. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with key clients, focusing on owner-direct service and project sales in sectors such as HVAC, plumbing, elevators, FIS, and controls. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and spearhead regional expansion efforts to align with the company's growth trajectory. Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align regional sales strategies with broader organizational objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience as a sales leader managing teams and driving results in relevant industries (HVAC, plumbing, elevators, controls, etc.). Strong track record of building and scaling sales teams in competitive markets. Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a focus on team performance and professional development. Strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and innovation. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if paired with strong industry experience.
