Our client handles a comprehensive range of matters, from straightforward residential transactions to the largest, most complex commercial developments. With a dedicated real estate services division focused on identifying and analysing investment opportunities in distressed commercial and multi-family markets, they offer a dynamic environment for growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, developers, builders, investors, landlords, and tenants in a variety of real estate matters.
  • Provide expert counsel on agricultural classifications/exemptions, community associations, condominium conversions, and construction matters.
  • Guide clients through distressed property investment services, environmental issues, evictions, finance and transactions, and foreclosure services (commercial, residential for lenders only, and timeshares).
  • Oversee land and property development, land use, zoning and planning, landlord/tenant issues, leasing, lending, litigation, and loan workouts.
  • Manage mobile home parks, purchase and sale transactions, real property appraisal/evaluation disputes, resort and timeshare development, tax appeals, tax-deferred exchanges, and title examination/insurance and title claims.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Extensive experience in real estate law, with a strong track record of managing complex commercial and residential transactions.
  • Proven expertise in representing a diverse clientele including developers, builders, investors, landlords, and tenants.
  • Strong client service orientation with the ability to identify and capitalize on real estate investment opportunities.
