Exciting opportunity to join a nationwide industry leader in the restoration and construction space. We are looking for a dispatch supervisor near the Boca Raton area. Ideal candidate is a detail oriented strategic thinker and has a proven track record of exceptional leadership, scheduling, and follow up skills. Dispatch supervisor oversees and manages daily operations calendar for projects, enters new jobs and leads, and travel coordination for all internal employees. Responsibilities

· Supervises, assigns, and maintains ongoing communications and coordination of activities between dispatchers involving emergency and non-emergency calls

· Ensures updates of the daily operations calendar to all Regional Directors and Director of Operations

· Responsible for all travel coordination nationwide for all internal employees.

· Input of all job leads, new jobs, client team members and assigned Project Director and Superintendents

· Establishes Dispatch KPI's and advises on performance for other related duties and assignments

· Provides meaningful feedback and holds team accountable to set standards of response times and accuracy of data

· Ensures the operational readiness of the team

· Approving and monitoring leave requests

· Assist with any other ad-hoc projects and administrative support including coordinating onboarding and travel for new hires

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of experience within a large scale general contractor, construction, restoration, or aviation company.

· Time management skills, with the ability work in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Excellent organizational and scheduling skills with ability to prioritize

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Other preferred software knowledge: Shiggy, Acumatica, timekeeping software
