The desired individual will have the ability to read and interpret indentures, be responsible for drafting indentures, and reviewing trustee reports, be proficient in modeling tests in Excel and possess a strong understanding of what goes into the test. Responsibilities:

• Work with senior operations team members on monthly CLO reporting.

• Run and oversee reports on position and cash breaks. Escalate issues on breaks to senior members of the operations team and help facilitate resolution.

• Develop ad-hoc Excel based reports for portfolio analysis on CLO waterfalls as well as historical and expected cash flows.

• Assist in margin calculation on investment vehicles that utilize leverage through warehouse financing arrangements and work with senior members of the operations team to facilitate the movement of cash flows with debt and equity providers.


Qualifications:


• 5-10 years of relevant job experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft office, specifically Microsoft Excel; WSO experience preferred

• Strong communication, data analysis and management, and information synthesis skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented environment
