Assistance in Portfolio Management:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of CLO portfolios, including daily profit and loss (P&L) and risk assessments.
  • Support portfolio managers with analytical tasks, including scenario analysis and stress testing.
  • Track cash flows and other essential metrics related to CLO investments.

Operational Coordination:

  • Collaborate with middle and back-office teams to ensure accurate trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement.
  • Manage documentation associated with trades, ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance standards.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Market Analysis and Monitoring:

  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and developments within the CLO and structured products sectors.
  • Provide real-time market insights to the trading desk and assist in recognizing trading opportunities.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support trading strategies.

Reporting and Documentation Management:

  • Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading activities and portfolio performance for senior management.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all trades and maintain up-to-date and accessible documentation.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in trading, operations, or structured products roles.
  • Strong comprehension of CLOs and structured finance.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with trading systems and Bloomberg is advantageous.
