The ideal candidate is analytical by nature, a strong communicator, professional, and able to build rapport quickly This is a 100% in-office position, and we are seeking local candidates only. Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator include:
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow
- Assisting with data and file management and maintenance
- Maintaining compliance with processes and procedures
- Ordering and tracking supplies from various vendors
- Assisting the accounting team by gathering information for billing adjustments
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field required
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (testing required)
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team
