Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $48/hr on W2


Job Description:

The OTC Product Management & Support Lead is an integral part of the Commercial Systems Team who is responsible for driving operational efficiency for all business stakeholders. This position will be working within the agile framework to prioritize, plan and oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives within the OTC revamp project (Project Sunrise), in order to enhance the value of the SFDC platform. He/she will ensure that maximum business value is consistently reflected in well maintained backlogs for Project Sunrise scrum teams that reflect prioritization based on key business drivers.


Main responsibilities include:

  • Be the business owner of Salesforce for Project Sunrise at CI
  • Guiding product owners and scrum teams and lead Project Sunrise Salesforce product development at CI
  • Guide Sunrise Salesforce Product Owners in prioritizing and understanding most valuable features for each cycle
  • Ensure Sunrise Salesforce Product Owners are champions for their business stakeholders
  • Generate insights and actionable strategy from internal stakeholder feedback
  • Guide Salesforce Product Owners in stakeholder management & communication
  • Coach Sunrise Salesforce Product Owners to create and clearly communicate epics and features
  • Assist in strategy for feature rollout, including Communications & Training strategy
  • Lead and coach the Salesforce Support and Marketing Support Team(s) in case management, issue identification & resolution, point of escalation for cases, backup for month end support, and provide guidance on industry best practices
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support for data migration strategies and suggest risk mitigation plan(s) for ongoing project(s)
  • Prioritize initiatives and ensure cross-scrum team alignment when necessary
  • Innovate for maximum operational efficiency and customer 360 for internal Commercial teams
  • Ensure alignment amongst all impacted business teams for each request taken
  • Efficiently and frequently articulate value delivered to business stakeholders – lean thinking


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (any field)
  • 8+ years of experience working as a SFDC product owner/manager using agile methodology
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to coach product owners
  • Excellent attention to detail with great time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an innate curiosity and desire to question the status quo
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments
  • Ability to think outside the box, with focus on business architecture
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills
