Job Title: SAP ABAP-IBP/APO Tech Lead
Location: Corona, CA
Onsite:- Onsite is required for at least 3-4 days per week during the initial 2-3 months, with potential flexibility thereafter

Overview: Our client needs to implement IBP (DP, S&OP) and APO (SNP). Ideally, we're seeking someone experienced in ABAP who has previously worked on IBP and APO implementations projects. RTI represents a new approach to integrating IBP with ECC/S4HANA. From the ABAP perspective, understanding its functionality and touch points like bgrfc is crucial. Therefore, we're searching for an ABAP Lead consultant with prior experience in IBP implementations. Recently, many APO ABAP consultants have transitioned to IBP ABAP, ensuring comprehensive coverage across all areas."
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of ABAP developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying SAP solution.
Architect and implement ABAP-based solutions with a focus on RTI, OOPS, CDS Views, and ODATA services.
Collaborate closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and develop integrations between SAP modules and external systems using various integration techniques.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior develop
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP ABAP development.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and compliance with company policies.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fields.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP develop
Proficient in Real-Time Integration (RTI), Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS), CDS Views, and ODATA services.
Strong experience in SAP integration techniques including RFCs, IDocs, BAPIs, and web services.
Hands-on experience in leading ABAP development teams and delivering complex projects
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills
SAP certifications related to ABAP development or specific modules.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori development.
Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Analytics Cloud integration.
