Position Overview:

This role seeks a seasoned professional in supply chain management and operations, possessing a comprehensive grasp of optimal business methodologies alongside significant system solution implementations. The individual will spearhead the initiative to cultivate a team of subject matter experts, collect business requirements, design, construct, and execute systems while providing ongoing support in collaboration with IT and various business units. This position will champion the integration of AI and automation technologies across the organization, working closely with internal business leaders, IT, and external collaborators to enhance employee efficiency and address the intricate demands of our global supply chain. The incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert, offering insights and assistance on global, cross-functional, or regional projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between supply chain business units and IT partners to advance digital roadmap strategies utilizing industry best practices, data-driven insights, and robust system solutions.
  • Evaluate business requirements, prioritize based on cost/benefit analysis, present findings to leadership, and guide the successful execution of the implementation roadmap.
  • Foster strong relationships with executive sponsors, key stakeholders, organizational leaders, and IT teams to ensure that the most critical business needs are addressed.
  • Identify and streamline inefficient business processes within the supply chain, implementing digital solutions for automation.
  • Assess, select, and deploy AI applications and solutions throughout operational divisions.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and manage cross-program/project dependencies with established priorities.
  • Engage proactively with operations leaders to pinpoint business challenges suitable for AI and/or automation solutions aligned with the digital transformation roadmap and vision.
  • Analyze, design, propose, implement, and continuously enhance digital transformation communication processes to ensure transparency and effective content dissemination regarding process improvements and training documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in SAP, quality management, warehouse management, and transportation management/extended warehouse management preferred.
  • More than 7 years of experience in process mapping and project management preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Certification in APCICS.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to function as a strategic planner in change management initiatives.
Compensation: Base Pay Range: $143,635
