Position: IT Project Manager (Job Id – 79968-1)
Location: El Dorado Hills CA (HYBRID Largely REMOTE)
Duration: 3 Months + Possible Extension

- Team’s point of contact for all JIRA, SMP and mailbox intake processes.
- Attends all planning meetings and stand up meetings for demand, capacity, service management, product ownership, and product management.
- Committee meeting coordination, scheduling, note taking and minutes.
- Tracking and reporting on intakes and requests to completion.
- ServiceNow management and reporting on configuration items and requests.
- JIRA issues, boards, management and reporting on epics, stories, and timelines.
- Participate in meetings for projects and programs and track action items.
- Status reporting for teams and strategic reporting for senior leadership.
- Coordinate responses to internal and external audits and assessments.
- Conduct research and analysis and report on activities, problems and trends.
Required Skills
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree
- Strategic project/product management – 5 yrs
- Microsoft 365/Outlook and Teams expert – 5 yrs
- IT operations/security/privacy knowledge – 5 yrs
- ServiceNow/Confluence/JIRA experience – 5 yrs
- IT and IT Security GRC experience – 5 yrs
