We are seeking an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and delivering complex IT projects. You will lead Agile development teams, facilitate requirements gathering, and ensure seamless systems analysis, design, testing, and integration. Your role will be crucial in maintaining project plans, roadmaps, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Oversee Agile development teams, facilitating agile ceremonies and promoting best practices.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions, facilitate workshops, and create detailed documentation.
- Perform systems analysis including systems design, testing, and integration, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Develop and manage project plans, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), task dependencies, schedules, and critical paths.
- Create and maintain project roadmaps, product backlogs, and release backlogs.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Agile teams, and management to ensure project success.
- Utilize MS Project or similar tools for project tracking and reporting.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within scope and budget.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Agile development teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and documentation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience performing systems analysis, including systems design, testing, and integration.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Proficiency in using MS Project is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), managing task dependencies, schedules, and critical paths.
- Proven ability to create and maintain project plans, roadmaps, product backlogs, and release backlogs.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with Product Owners, Agile teams, and management.
- Experience in systems analysis, including data modeling, interface element mapping, and systems testing.
