You’ll join the Marketing team to manage creative, marketing, and video deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining regular touch-bases with external clients. This is a temp-to-hire, part-time opportunity. The role is located in Norwalk, Connecticut. Required to be on-site three days a week.



Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Project Scoping: Scope creative, marketing, and video projects, defining project goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Timeline Management: Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Process Definition: Define and refine our project management process, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Invoicing: Help shape the invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Resource Identification: Identify and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
  • Resource Management: Manage a team of freelancers to the deliverable of our clients.
  • Client Consultation: Work consultatively with clients to identify and solve business challenges for creative and marketing teams, providing strategic insights and solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, feedback, and technical details to ensure accurate and effective project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all project deliverables.


Marketing Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years Experience working at an ad agency or in-house marketing/creative team in a project management capacity.
  • An expertise in defining the project plan to execute any creative, marketing, or video project on-time and on-budget.
  • Prefer candidates who have experience defining project management operations and processes.
  • Must be relentless about managing milestones, timelines, and budgets.
  • Must be client-facing and be proactive in identifying solutions to our client’s problems.
  • Must be able to work onsite in our Norwalk CT office 3 days per week.
  • Comfortable with pitching and client-facing interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
