Product Lifecycle Management Specialist

Primary Functions: Oversees Information Management lifecycle management as a member of the Logistics team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle reporting on status of Credit Union assets.
- Asset on-boarding, maintenance and retirement throughout the life of the products.
- Asset license renewal or expiration and cost forecasting.
- Inform key stakeholders on status of managed assets.
- Review workflows and make recommendations on opportunities of improvement.
- Responsible for validating and ensuring quality of data.
- Innovate and develop automation capabilities.
- Participate in vendor discussions.
- Work closely with other team members to collaborate in knowledge sharing activities.
- Utilize the Software Asset Manager and Hardware Asset manager applications in addition to other tools available approved by the Credit Union.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of team efforts and results.
Qualifications
Education: Certifications in a discipline such as product life cycle, purchasing a plus or computer science, information systems or related degree
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Equivalent technical education and/or five years related work experience in product lifecycle management.
Experience/Skills:
-Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing at a variety of levels to include business stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, customers, and management.
-Three or more years of professional experience as a lifecycle Analyst preferred.
-Working knowledge of ServiceNow and lifecycle reporting.
-Working knowledge of budgetary and requirement forecasts, vendor selection, and time management skills.
-Understands and is able to stay within scope of business objectives.
-Able to work independently and as part of a large or small team.
-Experience with the ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow data analytics and reporting capabilities, and Product Lifecycle Management Certification is preferred.
