KDG Construction Consulting is on the lookout for a dedicated and team-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2 to 4 years of comprehensive experience in full life-cycle recruitment and talent management specifically within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) sector.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in sourcing candidates for roles in construction management, project management, and engineering disciplines.


Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in full-scale recruitment processes for the firm, catering to various staff augmentation and dedicated project team contracts for clients in aviation, utilities, and transportation sectors.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to accurately identify staffing requirements.
- Source potential candidates through diverse online platforms, including professional networks and social media.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with former applicants and prospective candidates.
- Maintain organized and current records for all candidates and track the status of each open position.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the screening and selection process.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHr) to monitor recruiting activities, post job openings, and update candidate profiles and information.
- Lead initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion within the recruitment process.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.


Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of full life cycle recruitment experience in a professional services environment, with a focus on proactive sourcing for challenging disciplines such as specialized engineering and project management.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting for A/E/C roles.
- Proven ability to develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, particularly in workforce development and outreach programs.
- Strong skills in documenting processes and staying updated with industry trends.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Varied experience in creating sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and managing a high volume of candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.


Anticipated Salary Range:
$70,000 - $90,000 per year.
