Job Title: Business Development Manager


Dyness is a leading provider of energy storage solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Dyness. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the renewal energy sector, building strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company. This role requires some travel.


Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue.

2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions.

4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.

5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure seamless client onboarding and customer satisfaction.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.

8. Represent Dyness at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and services.

9. Travel to client sites, both domestic and international, to conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

10. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and business development progress.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

2. Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles.

3. Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

7. Flexibility and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally, as required.

8. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
