Apex Systems is looking for a Program Manager to join a telecom client in Greenwood Village, CO.


Onsite Requirement: 3-4 days onsite per week.


This position will supporting my clients WiFi improvement Initiative and will will act as the liaison between different teams to figure out root cause for the production issues for products such as the WiFi 5, 6, 6E, routers, and extenders.


Day to day:

  • Work with Engineering, Customer Operations, Field Operations, and Analytics to keep the projects moving and to make sure they are on track
  • Conduct root cause analyses into why certain products are having problems
  • Launch and monitor investigations
  • High level executive presentations and briefs
  • Leading meetings between the different teams
  • Establishing KPI’s for the different products

Experience Required:

  • 7+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of recent experience on a Wi-Fi team (working on a WiFi product team or WiFi engineering team)
  • Have a deep understanding of Wi-Fi products, technology, protocols (such as 802.11), and product SDLC and the technical oversight to get these products done
  • Expert in Microsoft suite, specifically PowerPoint creation
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Experience taking investigation results and then building KPIs and roadmap on how to improve these product inefficiencies
  • Experience working cross-functionally

  • Previous Cable industry experience
  • Masters Degree
