Are you passionate about WiFi technology and looking to make a significant impact? Apex Systems is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to support our client’s WiFi Improvement Initiative. This role is crucial in enhancing the performance of cutting-edge WiFi products, including WiFi 5, 6, 6E, routers, and extenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Operations, Field Operations, and Analytics teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analyses to identify and resolve product issues.
- Launch and oversee investigations to improve product performance.
- Prepare and deliver high-level executive presentations and briefs.
- Lead cross-functional team meetings to drive project success.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for various products.
What We’re Looking For:
- A dedicated and hardworking professional with excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities.
Experience Required:
- 7+ years of Program Manager, Project Manager, or Product experience
- At least 2 years of recent experience on a WiFi product or engineering team.
- Deep understanding of WiFi products, technology, and protocols (such as 802.11), and product SDLC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to translate investigation results into actionable KPIs and roadmaps.
- Experience working cross-functionally.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in the cable industry.
- A Master’s degree.
