This position is dedicated to fostering a high level of engagement with candidates to support their journey through educational programs and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain an up-to-date list of candidates and develop comprehensive communication strategies to ensure timely and relevant information is provided.
- Consultative Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, promoting positive experiences and ensuring high satisfaction rates as measured by feedback mechanisms.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess candidate progress and utilize multiple platforms for effective communication, including virtual meetings and management systems.
Reporting and Insights:
- Generate and analyze reports on candidate engagement and feedback to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Present analytical findings to relevant stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Support Functions:
- Assist in the management of program logistics and maintain familiarity with standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with educational partners to ensure a high-quality learning experience for candidates.
Additional Duties:
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on program offerings and certification requirements.
- Contribute to team efforts by sharing insights and experiences from candidate interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in training and development.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or education sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing tools.
